Ann Martell, MSc

Ann Martell obtained her Masters in Industrial Relations from Université Laval. Ann has worked in the health care system for the past 13 years principally as Director of Human Resources in both large and small institutions with a variety of missions. Before being employed in the health care system, Ann was a member of the Board of Directors of a designated bilingual institution as well as representing the anglophone community of Quebec City on the board of the Agence de santé et services sociaux in the Quebec City region. Over the years she has participated in the development of tools to facilitate the delivery of English-language training for heath care employees.
