Eastern Townships Partners for Health and Social Services - Estrie Recruitment and Retention Initiative

Building on our strong relationship with the CIUSSSE-CHUS teams deployed across the region, as well as with the educational institutions at work in the territory, the Estrie Recruitment and Retention initiative will maintain health career promotion activities that include: networking opportunities for current and recently graduated health and social services students, the maintenance/updating of a student database and the career catalogues created via the Golden Share initiative, and collaborative activities with Place aux jeunes en région / Place aux jeunes Eastern Townships and Townshippers' Association's Enhancing Regional Community Capacity (ERCC) team, specifically with regards to the Rooted in the Townships high school career fair and the Inclusive Mentorship Initiative.
