Anglais Santé
The Program
Expressing oneself and communicating clearly is essential in all healthcare fields.
This is why Dialogue McGill offers an English language training program, Anglais Santé, tailored for personnel in Quebec’s public health and social services sectors. This language training program was designed and developed to enable personnel to improve thier English skills and effectively interact with Quebec’s English-speaking communities.
The program offers two mandatory and complementary modules, to be taken concurrently. Priority is given to comprehension and oral expression.
1. Online Modules
24 hours of instruction
Self-paced, autonomous modules
Personalized academic support from a tutor
Flexible schedule within a structured framework
2. Remote Conversation Modules
16 hours of instruction
Remote workshops on Zoom
Personalized academic support from a teacher
Fixed weekly schedule
2 hours per week for 8 weeks
Placement Test
A 60-minute placement test is administered on registration to assess current English skills, allowing learners to be placed at the appropriate learning level.
Eight learning levels to suit everyone
The Anglais Santé program offers eight learning levels. After successfully completing a level, learners can continue to the next level in a following session, provided they remain eligible to the Anglais Santé program.
Elementary 1, 2, and 3
Intermediate 1, 2, and 3
Advanced 1 and 2
Certificate of Completion and Recognition
Learners receive a certificate of completion and recognition after successfully finishing a learning level.
